Key to My Heart

Valentine's Day is right around the corner!  I realized over the weekend I'd better get my mojo working and make some Valentine's cards.  I love this digi from Shelly Images, Key to My Heart.  I'm not sure if this image is in her shop for sale, I received this by participating in a blog hop at CDAC.  Here is the card I made:
and the inside:
I used Bo Bunnys' Crush collection and colored with my Copic makers.

Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #90

It's Tuesday and that means a brand new Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge!    I'd like to show you my creation for this week's challenge and then move on to the details:

This fabulous image is from our monthly sponsor Paper Pretties and is called "Butterfly Blossoms".  I adore butterflies, so I was thrilled to be able to ink up this digi.  My design paper is from Basic Gray's Granola collection.  I distressed and tore the edges and I also stitched the panels together.  I used my Copic Markers and then spritzed on gold Glimmer Mist.

Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #89

It's Tuesday again, and that means a brand new Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge!   I'm putting on my Midnight Madness designer hat and I'd like to show you my creation for this week's challenge and then move on to the details:
This fabulous "Heart Tree" is from the Priscilla Styles Store, what a lovely idea for your sweetheart!  I painted my tree and background with LuminArte H20's.  My "red" hearts and flourishes were painted with Lindy Stamp Gang's "Moon Glow" in Poinsettia Red Gold.  If you click on my photo to get a larger view, I believe you can see the gold peeking throught.   The DP is from Creative Imaginations and Basic Grey.
