Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #74

My favorite time of the week is here!  Tuesday's Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge!  Make it "fancy"...

or "clean and simple"...
Here is my creation for this week's challenge, "Doris Mae" from D'Amour Allure.  I just love this vintage beauty!
I thought the Basic Grey "Capella" DP was a perfect choice for this Victorian beauty! I also used a Cuttlebug "Paisley" embossing folder to repeat the paisley's in the DP.   Doris Mae is colored with Copic markers and I added Prima roses, ruffled ribbon and sequined ribbon buckles as embellishments.

Hello! My name is Shawne, I am an Illustrator. I love art in many forms. There is always something new to learn and experiment with. Card making is perfect with many different mediums and that is how I got hooked! I just recently moved my image line, Studio 313 by Shawne to McMahon Five Designs and am really excited to be working with my friend Sue McMahon. I also have a line of stamps at Clear Dollar stamps, although I am no longer there. You can find out more about my past work and some more recent at my blog Paper Art From Studio 313.

This card demands very close attention! It has so much beauty and detail a first look can't take it all in. First, the paper is perfect! Second, I love the idea of using the paisley embossing folder, it's not right in the face obvious but certainly adds to the overall perfection of this beauty! and Third....Oh my, that image is amazing and you dear one, turned it into a most elegant Victorian lady (or old west bordello mistress???? - not likely!)!! Finally, I just love all aspects of this card, you really turned out a stunning masterpiece!! YGG!!
