It's A Heartfelt Creations Wednesday Shoe Hop!

HCD 701 Posy Patch Diecuts
HCPC 3376 Distressed Leaves PreCut Set

Other Products: K & Company Ancestry and My Mind's Eye Bohemia design paper, Georgia Pacific and Bazzill card stock. Martha Stewart Heart Chain Edger Punch, Stickles, lace from local store and Recollections pearls.
ATG 714, Zip Dry and Fabri-Tac adhesive.
I made my shoe using a template I found here.
