Critter Sketch Challenge #58

Monday's are exciting because that's when we have our Critter Sketch Challenge!  This week's challenge is to create a card using the following sketch:
 my take on the sketch:

I chose a stamp from Our Daily Bread Designs"Butterfly Corner" with the single butterfly stamp.   My design paper is from Papertrey Ink and my sentiment is rom Create with TLC.  I used a Martha Stewart border punch and a Marianne's Designs die for my corner embellishments.

Sugar Creek Hollow One Year Anniversary and a Blog Hop!

Hear ye, hear ye...  I used Webster's Pages "Petite Papers" and colored my image with Prismacolor Pencils.  I handmade my flowers with Nellie Snellen punches and used a Martha Stewart punch for the leaves.  I added a silk ribbon for the finishing touch.

Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #95 for Priscilla Styles

For my first Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge card, I'd like to show you the card I created for the Priscilla Styles design team:
This is "Stuffed Bunny" from the Priscilla Styles Design Store, what a cute digi!  My design paper is
from Basic Grey's "Wisteria" collection.    I colored my bunny with Copic markers and added Prima roses  and several handmade flowers.  I also added dewdrops, a lacy Martha Stewart border and white ribbon.

Critter Sketch Challenge #56

Monday's are exciting because that's when we have our Critter Sketch Challenge!  This week's challenge is monochromatic using shades of green.
I chose this uber cute image from Softpencil, Michu and Ratiny Dressed as a Leprechaun.  All the papers   are from my stash, the ribbon is from SU and my 4 leaf clover was made with Spellbinder's heart die.

Sensational Saturday Challenge

Hope you're having a sensational Saturday!  This week Sugar Creek Hollow would love to see your cards created using a handmade flower.  Here is the card I created:
I chose  "Vined Cross".  I colored the area around the cross with a Copic marker and then adhered to a die cut made with the Heartfelt Creations/Spellbinders "Decorative Oval Window".   I used Pink Paislee's "Queen Bee" design papers which has gorgeous yellows.  I made my flowers from the same papers with a Sizzix die and sponged with Tim Holtz distress inks.  For the swirls around my flowers I used a  Marianne's Creatables die.


Sugar Creek Hollow is celebrating their one year anniversary this month!  You will see wonderful new cards by our designers and each of them has candy for one lucky winner who comes to comment during the hop as well as a grand prize winner from the challenge blog comments.   The winner of the blog candy will be drawn on March 31st.
