Crafters of Faith April Blog Hop

Good morning and a big hello to all my readers!  I have been away from my blog for far too long, I underestimated how long it would take me to get my renovated craft room back in working order and then I got hit by the flu bug last week. It's great to be back and what a way to get started...today is the monthly Crafters of Faith Blog Hop!  April is hosting our challenge this month and she asked us to create a card using flowers.  This was her inspiration:

Leviticus 26:4 - Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.
Inspired by Nature

I chose to use the flower set "Inspired by Nature" by Stampin Up.  The sentiment is also from a SU set, "Sincere Salutations".  I colored my flower stamp with SU markers and then misted with water before stamping.  I used Spellbinders dies to cut out my image and embossed background, as well as my card layer.  And what perfect timing for me, I will be sending this to my sister-in-law who is recovering from rotor cuff surgery.

Please take a moment and visit my blogging sister's blogs and see their creations.  They are listed on my sidebar.  Wishing everyone a blessed day!
