Crafters of Faith February Blog Hop

Good morning!  It's once again time for our Crafters of Faith Blog Hop.  Tami is hosting our challenge this month and she gave us three requirements:

1.  Use a scoring tool
2. NO Valentine theme, not even pink, white and red
3.  Add an image and a sentiment

Well, the scoring tool was not a problem and I knew I could come up with a different color scheme.  The hardest part was picking out my image and sentiment.  Up on the shelf "calling my name" was my Upsy Daisy Stamin Up set and here's my creation:

I used Stampin Up cardstock and ribbon from my stash.  Distress inks and a touch from a Prismacolor pencil completed my palette.  If you look closely, you can see my scores made with my Scor Buddy.  I decided to go with CAS which I don't do very often.  Please take a moment and visit my blogging sister's blogs and see their creations.   They are listed on my sidebar.

Thanks for visiting, I appreciate your support and love reading all your comments!

Pretty, Marsha! I would never have thought to pair those colors together. They look great!

I like that stamp set. You did the 'score' perfectly on the bottom of the card. I like how it added dimension to the card.

Thanks, for rockin' the challenge!

Outstanding colors, Marsha!! Love that scoring on the diagonal, very eye catching! These colors really rock, especially in the middle of this cold, snowy winter we're having. I love it. So well done!
