Sugar Creek Hollow Saturday Challenge

Welcome to another Sensational Saturday at Sugar Creek Hollow!  This week our challenge is to create a MASCULINE card.  This must be in a vintage, shabby chic or primitive style to comply with our challenge requirements.  Here is my creation for this week:

Keep Your Lamp Burning
inside
This is one of my favorite sets from Our Daily Bread Designs.  I made this for a friend who recently retired.  I embossed the image with Ranger gold embossing powder and added Tim Holtz "Hardware Findings" diecuts.  I made a tag to display my scripture and tied it with jute.  My design paper is from  Bo Bunny's "Timepiece" collection and I think it makes a perfect background for my image.  The sentiment on the inside of my card is from Create With TLC.

The Design Team will choose one project as Card of the Week and the creator will receive a badge to display and will be in the running for a Guest Designer spot.

All of our designers have created masculine cards this week and I hope these will inspire you!

Thanks for visiting, I appreciate all your support and encouragement!

Hi Marsha - I love this image too, and I love the way you have showcased it, and used the tag for the scripture.

Great card. Love the vintage/male look. Great verse. Something I need to remember.
